Currently Mr. Kearney is Chairman and director of Anglesey Mining Plc, Charirman and director of Canadian Zinc Corp., a director of Airborne Technologies Inc. and a non-executive director of Minco Plc. He was formerly Chairman, CEO and director of Northgate Exploration Limited, Campbell Resources Inc. and Sonora Gold Corp. Mr. Kearney is a member of the Audit Committee. |

Terence N. McKillen |

| A professional geologist (P.Geo) and business executive with over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. Mr. McKillen has extensive exploration and development experience in North and South America, Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia. He has been involved in the discovery and/or development of a number of precious, base metal and strategic mineral deposits worldwide. He is currently Director of Exploration & Business Development of Minco Plc (London AIM). He was formerly President, CEO and director of Rift Resources Ltd., a director of EXP Resources Ltd. and Vice-President Exploration of Northgate Exploration Limited and Campbell Resources Inc. Mr. McKillen is a member of the Health & Safety Committee. |

Gerald J. Gauthier |

| A professional mining engineer (P. Eng.) with over 30 years experience in Canada, Africa, the U.S.A. and Mexico, Mr. Gauthier holds a B.Sc. in mining engineering from Queen's University. He is currently Vice President Operations, Nevsun Resources Inc. and was formerly Vice-President Mining of Glencairn Gold Inc. Prior to October 2001, Mr. Gauthier was President, CEO and a director of United Keno Hill Mines Limited and prior to March 1999 was President, COO and director of Santa Cruz Gold Inc. From 1987 - 1994, Mr. Gauthier was Senior Vice President North American Operations for Lac Minerals Ltd. and from 1979 to 1987 was employed by Lac Minerals as Manager of various Canadian mines including General Manager of the Page Williams gold mine at Hemlo, Ontario. Mr. Gauthier is a member of the Audit Committee and is Chair of the Health & Safety Committee. |

Neil J.F. Steenberg |

| Mr. Steenberg has over 25 years experience in the practise of securities and mining law. He has been counsel for and Secretary of the Company for 20 years. Mr. Steenberg currently operates an independent business law practise. Prior to December 31, 2003, Mr. Steenberg was a Partner in the law firm of Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP where he served as Chair of the firm's national corporate finance and securities practice group. |

Peter Palframan |

| Mr. Palframan is a Chartered Accountant and currently Senior Vice President of Operations at CHUM Television in Toronto. He was previously Vice President, Finance & Administration, CHUM Television and Vice President, Finance and Operations of Learning and Skills Television of Alberta. He is currently a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Cannasat Therapeutics Inc. Mr. Palframan was previously a member of the board of Conquest from March 2000 to May 2002.
Peter has had a distinguished career in the television broadcasting industry for over 20 years and assisted in negotiations that resulted in the privatization and acquisition of the provincial educational service (Ontario), Access TV, and played a major role in the launch of Canadian Learning Television, BookTelevision and CourtTV Canada.
Peter has a history of operational excellence and leadership working with some of the most reputable companies in the Canadian television broadcasting industry. His expertise in accounting, management systems, corporate finance and corporate governance, is an enormous asset to Conquest's Board of Directors and Audit Committee. Mr. Palframan is Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Health & Safety Committee.

| Danesh Varma (FCA, ATII) has over 30 years experience in the international finance and mining sectors. Mr. Varma is currently CFO of Candian Zinc Corporation and Minco plc. He is currently a director of Anglesey Mining plc and Minco plc and Corporate Finance Partner in Beer & Partners Limited. Mr. Varma was formerly President and Managing Director of American Resource Corporation Limited, Dundee Bancorp, Dundee Investment Management and Research Ltd. and Dundee Mutual Funds India in addition to holding the post of director and Vice President of the Dundee Bank Cayman. He was formerly a director of Northgate Exploration Limited and Westfield Minerals Limited.

| Mr. Robert Kinloch was elected a director of Conquest on March 6, 2009. He is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Maverick Minerals Corporation. Mr. Kinloch was previously President and a director of AMT Canada Inc. and President and a director of UCO Energy Corporation.
Mr. Kinloch has extensive experience in the resource sector including acquisitions in the minerals and oil and gas sectors as well as public and private company financing. He is an independent member of the board and is a member of the Audit Committee. |
